/ Cancellations
* $175 per night ( Two night minimum
stay required)
* $150 for subsequent nights
* A credit card is required at the
time of on-line reservation and a deposit of one nights
stay is charged
* Deposit will be made with PayPal
and will except all major credit cards.
*Two weeks notice is required to
cancel and have the deposit returned less $25 administration
fees. 50% of total will be refunded if cancellation
is within two week notice period.
* Two weeks prior to check-in the
balance of the stay will be charged to the credit
card for deposit, unless otherwise specified.
* Checks will be accepted, but must
be paid in advance and cleared two weeks prior to
check-in
* Stay is subject to Rockbridge
County lodging tax and processing fee. The tax and
fee totals 11% and will be added on to you payment
with PayPal.
